CUSTOM ORDERS

Our work excites us the most when we are able to create custom orders to make someone’s dream a reality. We love working one on one on designs with our customers to deliver perfectly customized items for a costume, event, or gift. It gives us the chance to spread our creative wings and provide unique one of a kind pieces to celebrate fandoms big and small.

The extra time and planning that goes into this process is reflected in the cost. However, we want these products accessible to everyone, so we have set our custom orders at an affordable price.  We also have an option for a deposit and payments incase we have agreed upon a payment schedule. In this instance you would select your first payment as a deposit and the last payment as Paid In Full.  Please note I will not start working on your custom order until we have payment in full.  If you were given a price that included shipping, be sure to ask us for the coupon code and then select Con Pick-Up/CUSTOM on checkout so you won’t be charged twice for shipping.

If we agreed to payment in full then you can order by simply selecting the number to correspond with the $1.00 (this should include shipping cost).  For example, you would select 72 for a $72.00 custom order including shipping.  Once we receive your order we will match it to your email address or Facebook message and get to work on your one of a kind piece.

OUR TIMELINE:

The timeline for delivery will be negotiated during the approval process of your custom order. You will have an estimated date prior to purchase. There are many variables for calculating this. Depending on our Con schedule, we may estimate a longer wait time. The same is true during our busiest seasons, Halloween and Christmas. However we will always make every attempt to work with any deadlines you may have. Please let us know if it is for a specific date like a wedding or a birthday.

PERSONALIZATION:

We can add a name, date or location, etc. to any of our products.  Simply select Engraving from our Cosplay Upgrade Section which is under the category of Costume Weapons or simply click on Engraving to link you to this option.
