Terms and Conditions

Hi All!

We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new stores!

We are currently offering general bulk pricing on three of our products:  Gaming Boxes, Dice Towers and Paint Trays.

Since we are a small family business and we make our own product then we need to ensure that we keep our quantities manageable and can fulfill all orders before we can grow further into fully wholesaling our items.

However, if there is something that you wish for us to make for you, or you wish to order in bulk quantities on a specific product, then please contact us.

*For example, we do work with artists to provide their own designed clocks or boxes with their own art work at bulk pricing. Once you have been approved and the pricing has been agreed upon then we will provide you with your own specific login so only you can see/order your specific product.

Here’s the brief terms and conditions we have for our general bulk pricing.  If accepted for additional items then you will need to approve this agreement along with a special product agreement via email.

  1. Minimum Order Value/Quantity

We require a Minimum Order of $100.00.  Individual quantities are listed by each product with some offering tier pricing for slightly larger quantities.

    2. How to place order

  • Submit your order via our site at www.alltru2u.com
  • If you do not log in as a registered wholesale user then you will see our complete retail site.  Once you “Log In” through the Wholesale Log In Page then you can go to the Wholesale Ordering Tab and only see the products that you have been permitted to purchase in bulk.
  • You can place your order directly through the website.  Please contact us if you require any additional assistance through the Contact Us tab at the top of the page.
  1. MSRP

Our website shows the prices that we charge retail for our products, along with postage and shipping charges.  We do not govern what the store owner needs to charge to recover their costs.

  1. Returns

Because we are a small family business and our quantity requirements are low, we cannot accept returns.  If there was an issue with shipping then it is expected that you purchased shipping insurance (often provided automatically with priority shipping via USPS).  If there was a defect in one of our items then we will offer a replacement of that product provided you alert us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

  1. Payments

We accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express).

Paypal can be accepted with pre-approval.

We do not offer Net Terms at this time.

  1. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the price and will be calculated through the website on checkout.  If the cost of shipping deems to be inaccurate and we can mail the items cheaper then we will refund any overages immediately.

      7.  Delivery Window

Please allow at least 10-14 business days from the time of your order for completion of items.  If we experience a need for a longer delivery window then we will contact you to discuss your needs.

  1. Shipping International Orders

We do not ship international orders at this time.
